Positive: Very clean with everything you could need. The hosts were there to greet us and were very helpful with area information. We had some issues with Internet and TV apps, but they were right there to resolve it.
Negative: We were downstairs and we could hear every foot step from upstairs apartment but it would certainly not be a deal breaker!
Summary: Awesome area, awesome apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Maria has truly created a warm and welcoming haven that instantly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, we could relax and unwind in comfort. The space is packed with thoughtful amenities—TVs loaded with Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, a beautifully updated kitchen and bathroom, and beds that adjust for personalized comfort. After a long cross-country journey, those beds were a dream come true. Every detail was designed with care, making our stay not just enjoyable, but exceptional.
Negative: Parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s more of a challenge with the area than the venue itself. Thankfully, the location provides a dedicated spot for your car, which is a welcome perk compared to relying on street parking. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall great experience!

Positive: There were so many things to love about Crotan Quarters! First of all, the hosts were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Maria met us to welcome and introduce us to the apartment. She made sure that we were comfortable with all the appliances in the apartment. The kitchen had state of the art appliances and was well stocked with all the necessities. The bathroom was nicely sized and stocked with shampoo and soap and the shower was wonderful. The bedrooms had comfortable adjustable beds with great linens! And what a convenience it was to have USBs directly in the side tables for charging our phones, hearing aids, ear buds, ect. The WIFI was very reliable and all the streaming services we could possibly need were on the TVs. The entire place was decorated so nicely and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect as well. It was withing walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, and ice cream. Even though our family did not go into the city this trip, I understand that it is less than an hour train ride to the NYC from the train depot there in Crotan-on-Hudson. We certainly intend to go back as soon as we head back up to New York.
